I noticed Poker Pro does not provide recommendations on Poker Stars. What gives? |

PokerStars and FullTilt no longer allow recommendations to be provided. The recommendation feature has been replaced with the Hand Stength Gauge which is just as useful.

Please make sure to use the Classic View on your table when using Full Tilt.

Yes. Both Poker Calculator Pro and your poker room need to be launched in the same mode to work: Standard/ Standard or Admin/Admin

Why can’t I log in using the license ID and password I was issued? |

Please make sure to use the right license id and password as each product requires its own license id and password. Please make sure your computer clock is in sync with the Internet clock:.
1. Click on the clock in the system tray
2. Click on the Internet Time tab
3. Check “Automatically.." and click Update
4. Try logging in again |

Yes, you can. Using Poker Pro on more than one table, however, will consume additional computer resources such as memory and CPU.

Poker Calculator Pro is your personal advisor. You can always over rule Poker Calculator Pro and make your own decision specific to the given hand or texture of the game. You can also modify the profile to reflect the preferred course of action in the given circumstance.
